What is a Cyber Receptionist?
A Cyber Receptionist is a virtual receptionist who acts as your full time receptionist without the need to employ a full time employee. Do I need my own phone number?
You can forward your phone number to us, or we can provide a free phone number for your business.
What hours are Cyber Receptionists available?
8 AM – 8 PM EST. After hours voicemails will be sent to your contact email.
How does call forwarding work?
Call forwarding is simply a method to forward your calls from your phone number to another phone number. This can require you to call your telephone service provider, update in your phone settings, port your number from service provider. Cyber Receptionists offers you a free number to forward your calls to. You can turn our virtual reception service on and off when it is convenient for you.

Do you read from a script?
We try to keep all of our conversations natural. Most of our calls start the same way:
“Thank you for calling [Business Name]. My name is (Cyber Receptionist Name). How can I help you today?”
After we greet your customer, we route the call, take a message, schedule a consultation, or provide basic company information based on the preferences you give our team.
If there is anything that we need to add to the script, just let us know.
Can you schedule appointments?
Yes! We will book appointments on your calendar.
How does lead nurturing work?
When a new prospect is asking about your business, we gather the necessary information you need to determine the level of priority. We can transfer the call for hot leads or take a message and schedule a free consultation. Just let us know what qualifies as a hot lead and we will make sure to give them the VIP treatment.
At the end of every call you are emailed a call report.
How is call time tracked?
We use advanced call center software to track all call data down to the second.
It then takes our Cyber Receptionists 10-30 seconds to log call activity, send call report details or make an appointment on your calendar.
We provide daily and weekly reports for you to keep track of how much time you have used. If you ever need to know the exact amount you can send us an email or call us.
What is the cost of a virtual receptionist service?

Where are you located?
All of our employees are located in the United States. We are a virtual firm and work out of our home offices.
Can you update my calendar?
Yes! We work with most modern web calendars.
Are all of your Cyber Receptionists US-Based?
Yes! We require our Cyber Receptionists to be located in the United States.
Can I forward calls to Cyber Receptionists part time?
Absolutely! You can forward and stop forwarding calls whenever it is convenient for your business. We are an extension of your business when needed.
Will callers know they are talking to Cyber Receptionists?
We answer all calls as your business. Most of the time callers will assume they are speaking with an employee who works in your office. However, if we are asked directly we will tell the caller that we are a receptionist service.
Are you open on holidays?
We are open most days Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM EST. We do have limited hours during certain holidays. We will notify you in advance when our office hours are limited.
